The check in and waiting staff are excellent, very helpful and positive. The rooms are lovely, and the designs are great. A warm friendly atmosphere, this is my second time at the resort and it has improved it services and environment. Will definately go again.

The peace and quiteness it offers. The food is excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

That grill area needs more staff or make that area into self serve. we have to wait too long for service. The two or three members of staff cant cater to the needs of so many persons adequately and on time.

The accommodation was ok. The bathroom needs to be updated. Rust stained in the bath tub, no ice bucket in the room, only one small soap for four days with two person using it. The shower water flow very slow. Our room was 070. The good was very good but the drinks were poor. Expected fresh juices but all the drinks were water down. Pins colada was a far cry from the original. The entertainment was outstanding. The grounds very relaxing. We had a great time.

Die Lage, die sehr netten Mitarbeiter, der sehr gute Service, die Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten, der Zimmerservice und die Freizeitangebote.

Wir haben vor den Cottages Sitzmöglichkeiten vermißt. Ein kleines Tischchen und zwei Gartenstühle wären toll gewesen.

Gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm Schöne Haustiere wie z.B: Pfau Kompetente Receptrion

Die Coctails an der Bar schmecken wie Sirup mit Industriealkohol. Aber man kann auch Bier, Wein und Rum bestellen. Jamaikanisches Essen ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es hier nur International. Das Meer ist recht langweilig. Keine Wellen.

estuve de entrada en coneccion con milton, yel senor garcia y hotro cenor que no recuerdo el nombre excelentes sere humanos la verdad que el lugar es paradiciaco es super recomendable eso si sabiendo ingles si no te sentis perdido no sabiamos que hera tan extrito el idioma a milton y elsenor garcia un abraso especial desde argentina

mi experiencia negativa fue que por culpa del idioma desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos me secaban la habitacion y ala madrugada se ynundaba y no hubo forma que la harreglaran a aclaro que yo cumplo anos el 4 de febrero jaja
